Scrambled Hamburger

Place hamburger, preferably very lean, in frying pan over low heat. Break hamburger into tiny pieces with fork as meat is cooking. When meat is fully cooked, drain on 2-3 layers of paper towels to remove as much grease as possible.

If  hamburger is being used for a Mexican recipe (tacos, burritos) return to pan and add “taco seasoning” or chili powder, cumin and garlic to taste.
